I seriously believe that best things in life are absolutely free. From the beauty of elements of earth, winds, rains and the air we breathe, to nature of the fruits it provides us that grow in the wild. Everything is significant and matters.
Every summer we hit the trails and enjoy the beauty around us, we bring up our kids to respect and appreciate it, while fully enjoying and indulging in it’s fruits. Near the end of summer we take few buckets to pick mulberries and blackberries, right here in our own town through the park and nature trails. They are wild and for the wildlife, however with the abundance they grow in, it would be shame not to pick a couple of small buckets to enjoy with delight. Our little picking goes a long way, since what we don’t eat we wash and jar for a quick preservation – which turns into a medicine (cough syrup) home made remedy.
Then there are wild mushroom pickings. Of course it would be dangerous to pick just any and one has to understand that there are very many deadly and poisonous imitation mushroom families, though we thoroughly enjoy our precious finds each year. With care and educated decisions we clean, dry or freeze them to enjoy all year round. Again, another wonderful and free delicacy nature offers, that is if the world inhabitant is willing to learn and appreciate these natures gifts.
Now you are visiting an art gallery so I better get to the point here.
The type of free I am speaking about also includes non-monetary value for services or commodities in this world. Such as galleries, many of my own galleries I originally began uploading artwork to did not cost me a penny. It is true that many may have a limited upload such as 25 pieces and only one gallery rather then unlimited of each for a set price, however this is a perfect place to start for anyone who loves a bit of the art world to upload their creations for everyone to see.
If you are interested in learning further about these, just email me and I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
